Reviews and Ratings
I had a good week at Crown Piast & Spa, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The gardens were a lovely retreat, but the location was a bit far from the city center, requiring a taxi ride to explore Krakow. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, but the air conditioning was quite noisy. Overall, it was a solid stay with some areas for improvement.
My stay at Hotel Crown Piast & Spa had its highlights and low points. The beautiful grounds and inviting lobby created a nice atmosphere, while the buffet breakfast was quite enjoyable, featuring a chef preparing eggs to order. However, I faced some issues with room service and staff professionalism that left me feeling frustrated at times.
I had a pretty decent stay at the hotel, enjoying the tranquil garden and the clean public areas. However, my room felt a bit dated and cramped, which didn’t quite meet my expectations of a five-star experience. The location is a bit removed from the city center, which led to some inconvenient taxi rides back and forth. Still, the breakfast options were quite nice and set me up well for the day ahead.
I found the hotel to be a comfortable stay overall, with a good breakfast offering and nice grounds. However, I did feel that it fell short of a true five-star experience due to its distance from the city center and some service inconsistencies.
The Crown Piast Hotel offered a peaceful stay with a stunning garden, perfect for morning strolls. although I found the breakfast options a bit lacking. The location, while slightly complicated for getting to the main square, became manageable after a few tries. Despite some dated room features, the comfortable bed was a highlight of my stay.
